MC was given an experimental drug that causes him to miscarry 1st & 2nd baby, the 3rd baby was born so sick/weak hat the ML tells him it also died which causes MC to have a mental breakdown and lose parts of his memory. basically timeline switches between present & pastm and ends with ML giving his alpha core to their 3rd baby to save it.
