@angel because B** is putting those pills/tablets inside the food which is given to him.Sangwoo mother did to his father (Poisoned food) , and tried to do the same to him but failed, so he counted the tablets/pills, and if the next day if the bottle isn't filled with the same amount of pills/tablets he counted from yesterday its possible his mother was trying to poison him with the missing tablets/pills.

@lol I thought that sangwoo is overreacting, and some of the pills fell underneath the laundry machine... but in reality he did nothing to the food..
