I think we'll have full back story about two brothers. And I hope it's not incest. Even if they're not real brothers I hope not become lovers. In my eyes, they're brothers and family. 
Although I don't like how the doctor pointed finger at Doh-wa, I hope the doctor realized how much in love Dojun with him. Don't become such a red flag bas**** I have known in most manhwas, please.
