@Yaoiaddicted it literally says "struggle" in one of the panels where Ilay is pushing Tae down onto the bed?? As well as in the novel Tae legit says " why do you kill someone half way and then pass out " quite literally comparing the experience with death and wishing he could've died instead of suffering?
