Spoiler : it will stay like that for the most part. I read translated novel ( around 300 chapters) and they still believe mc. I love this , since mc is not ordinary and didnt obtain power through cheats , but sheer experience ( he wasnt ordinary human even before going to he**). He is INCREDIBLY evil , he didnt even show half of the sh**  in manhwa. In novel , he killed this guy's   idol right infront of him , squashing his head and all , and told him to grow strong ( he was wearing a disguise). He is practically fooling everyone , for his own self benefit , knowing full well that his existance is making the whole world suffer
