Doesn't yang Kai disagree with the dragon clan to leave his name in some kind of book when he upgrades his dragon nature ,so he has no chance of becoming dragon emperor,but when both the current pheonix and dragon emperor are dead, doesn't it mean suyan will become the new pheonix empress ,do they also have a book like dragon clan to moniter the life and death of then own kin?
