It's bl, of course. The ML is a handsome and popular guy in his school. But, the MC can't see the ML's face. Whenever he looked into ML's face, he can only see a bright light(?), yeah something like that.
But, one day MC saw ML's face without his glasses(yes, he's wearing glasses), and he can completely see him. But he didn't recognize him.
