And its the civilian job to follow the goverment alert to lessen the accidents but what did they do they didnt listen and now that it happens they are calling for help??

@THERESONLYFUCKINGTWOGENDER didn't you read? They said this warnings are the usual ones and they couldn't even predict when the gate was going to appear, their prediction was between 3 months. What do you want people to do? Stay in shelter for 3 months because the gate may appear??? Besides, people still have to work to gain money to live, so unless a gate actually appears, people still have to go to work 
@Bored-chan base on what u said that their "prediction" was 3 months that means it may happen early and also in the prev chap they alert the people to evacuate beause they arent sure and also it says "DISASTER ALERT"that has been issued across the country meaning that its not USUAL
@THERESONLYFUCKINGTWOGENDER yes it's the usual, because gates appear all the time, and even the hunter association CEO admitted that he specifically didn't say that the rank of the monsters and the proportion(which were A-rank, and that's NOT usual, they even prepared a meeting for that, didnt you read???) because later the population could blame them since it could take up to 3 months to appear. And yes it may happen early, but it also may happen later, but people still have to work and live despite the gates, and considering they didn't even know that the monsters were A-rank and the proportion was much larger, it's reasonable everyone ignored it 
@Bored-chan So u mean that a disaster alert that has been issued across the country is usual??I get that they needed money to survive but is money gonna save them would the gates would close if you pay them??Also wdym their time gonna get wasted if they go evacuate and the gate happens their safe and if they go and didnt thats fine beacause the goverment would use their authority to temporary stop their job to keep them safe.Thats the problem with people u want to save them but they dont care unless it happens.
