@Phenex "Jitsu wa Watashi wa" also called "Actually, I am" has a similar premise where a dude sucks at lying but tries hard to lie for a girl. Hiding the girls secret from the entire school. Or more specifically, not blurt the truth. Not sure about another manga like this though. Hope it helps!
