Did they take away his title if Baron? Is this a TL issue or are we missing chapters?

@Kiki_Kuma he was a Baron in the other country and lose the title when they came to this one, it was explained in the early chapters that the father was a foreign commoner with a lot of talent and was recruited by the queen as Chancellor or Primer Minister, don't remember, cause they were classmates, I think that she gave him the title of Baron probably to marry her sister...
