The three dragons represent the triplets she's having! The dragon imagery is her craving for Dragon fruit and finally the lake emergence is her water breaking. A lake is a BODY of water! And lakes are important in her story! As a place where wishes were made to her, where she first showed the fullness of her power etc. Isabella made it all make sense.
