hwo do you guys make spegetthi?

here's what i do for 1 plate =

- 6 tomatos

- 2 onions

- garlic and ginger paste

- green chilli pepper

- black pepper , salt , red chilli powder , turmeric powder

- a little water

( and i grand it all ) 

- the i put it all in a non stic pan and stuff on medium to high flame and leave it for a few mins then stir it for a few seconds... and then leave it again for a few mins and then stir it for a few seconds

when i see that the water 70% has evaporated then i add some oil.... 2 spoons or 3 spoons.... and then i stir it and leave it..... and after 5-9 minutes i stir it last tiem and BOOM i see a THICK,, savoury toamto sauce

and then i just put that on them noodles and BOOM ... VOILA

@Approved_Asian i do real "old world style " pastas,instead of tomato sauce i use creamcheese,garlic,parmesan,butter and then i mix it in with things like fried chicken pieces,shrimp,quail eggs etc
@Approved_Asian my favourite:
sage
butter 
white vinegar
white pasta of some sort (dumplings good)

I love this so much I'm growing sage in the garden and accidentally in my insistence (and forgetfulness ) in making sure the cupboard isn't out of vinegar accidentally bought the mega pack multiple times - I have enough vinegar for a life time and am now using as an eco cleaning option to justify it existence. I really do love this dish
@Needtoread for me an chicken Alfredo with some bacon crisps would do the trick
