Ok, I've read 2 chapters and I have a Idea on the situation. The guy is a complete moron who's content with shi*** life style and is completely retarded. He's has not tried at all from the little bit of seeing the past. She's tried to cater/adapt to him but she was not vocal about little things that might turn her away, but what can I say when that tard forgets their 7th year anniversary. I feel like her being with him 7 years is a testiment to how much she DID love him. I don't know if it affected her life, like missed job opportunities, things that might give her a push in life. Idk what else but reading this guy be absolutely clueless on "a good love life takes 2". It seems she tried and he didn't. I'll continue reading.
