He has a staggering wealth of knowledge and experience with Sunyang that would be beneficial with Dojun, but more than anything he provides Dojun with legitimacy. Just like he had no say where grandfather was buried, he can't just walk into the Sunyang Boardroom and reveal he's majority shareholder since he's owned Fantasy since he was 9, because then none of ths power structure would respect or listen to him.
