I stopped reading this awhile ago and picked it up again having high hopes. The whole story is repeating and repeating over and over again, there’s zero communication in the entire show except a few bits here n there, taeha always ends up with a new woman on his ase and her crazy ex is still the annoying guy he was a year ago+ there’s no character development for any of them in almost 150 chapters. Am I wrong for thinking like this? I really used to love and have high hopes for this story but I can barely pick it up anymore

@Alex I totally agree on the character development, but only for Na.
Imo, she's the only one who seems to be gaining so much, yet we're seeing NO change in her behavioral patterns, even when she shows some promise, like after the brothel.

Taeha has simply been consistent. His goal was always the same. It was to get Na out of her hopeless situation, and away from Mincheol, and he did exactly that. Shes in a completely different place because of him, yet she continues to behave as though nothing ever happened.

I don't expect much from Mincheol. He's still a lowlife, and poor Ari is still being manipulated by him. I expect him to always be the narc he is, but we are all still waiting for him to be brought to justice, and its taking way too long.
