@Sayu i feel like it's more so that he could have undeniable proof in case anyone would, again, doubt that he is the father. 

@Meggami no he literally stated the reason why he made that test and that was disappointing af. Would've been a really good character development if he hadn't test it and Would've just believed him since there was no reason not to especially since DNA tests before the baby is born are very dangerous although I don't know if that knowledge applies to omegaverse

@Sayu i read somewhere, in the novel he didn't actually did the DNA test when asel was pregnant,  but he still did the DNA test later after he given a birth, and he really didn't care even if the baby not biologically his, the novel is actually more more longer, they cut a lot of things 🥲

@summerbreeze I've read alot about them rushing the ending and skipping parts of the story which is just sad would've probably helped a lot to gain sympathy for the ml since I still have none lol
