@Kino as someone who never had the taste ..how does it taste?? My local doesn't have any Vietnamese restaurant 😭

@Green Onion Uhh it's like a meat soup that has boiled for a couple of hours so it has kind of a refined umami flavor. Paired with the rice noodles, meats and vegetables you add inn. I'm not the best at describing food so hoped that helped:)
