To be perfectfly honest, why should they appeal to nobles? They look down on everyone else and only care about looks. There are way more adventures and commenors then nobles to appeal to. If she wanted to do a thing like, eat how nobles do as a gimmick, the fine, but other then that I dont see the point. But whatever, its a food friendship manga so it doesnt even matter.

@Jack true, I would go for adventure and ordinary clients than nobles that complain at the sight of "uncivilized" barbarians with weapons and commoners in "dirty clothing".
Btw this restaurant look like ramen shop so maybe this is what they could sell after renovation (which is repairing old wooden planks and making place brighter)
