@Random person More like, a broken needy person. Her and Meari both are obviously troubled teens. Neglected, emotionally needy, seeking a man who can love and protect them. But those men only want their bodies or, in Hina's case, their money. Their relationship with each other is toxic. Hina's been doing papa-katsu for a long time, and Meari's been in the game much more recently. Meari's been lucky so far with snaring mostly men who are (at least at first) satisfied with her spending time with them before asking for s**, while Hina seems to have fallen to prostitution pretty quickly. Hina seems to have taught Meari the "tricks of the trade" so to speak, but she's left feeling hollow about her own choices while Meari's actually been feeling pretty happy with her relationship with Sayoko. What they both want most is for someone to give a sh** and take care of them. Meari HAS that, to some extent, while Hina is envious of it. Having been used for money for so long, Hina can't fathom Meari's change. Before, they would comisserate, talking about how all the men doing papa-katsu are trash, while in reality the two of them had reduced themselves to trash by being willing to do whatever it took to get money from those men (short of "adult" in Meari's case). Hina requires the same firm hand Meari needed to change herself, without knowing it's what she needs. She needs someone to spank her and tell her she's being bad, and that she needs to shape up. I hope this other woman can do that for Hina the way Sayoko did for Meari.

@Project_Demise most people who work in that industry, are not the definition of most mentally stable, if constantly you are exposesd to humans greed and selfishness and how much your value is based on services and goods, everyone might end up a little maniacal. i dont have to like her but i do pity her , i really hope all of them have good ending , whatever counts as a good ending to them
