I've read the novel cuz the manhwa is running my patience thin, and now I'm in the part of discovering the black potion and its connection to the meat. And guys......I'm telling y'all, this story isn't just some fantasy-thriller sh*t, this story should've been label as psychological cuz WHAT THE ACTUAL FVCK?!!💀

@Blvynx Do you know what Mataaz's role is in all this? Because he's confusing me and I can't decipher who's side he's on.
@Blvynx This just makes me more suspicious of my theory. Do they have like the original dragon or something in storage and are collecting pieces of it to get people addicted? Similar to how rock crabs have their claws harvested but kept alive?

@Fushiguru He's neither an enemy or ally, he's just an idiot whose greed is beyond human psychology, although he plays a little role for Karas (Karas used him for something regarding his intent for a counterattack on the King's Heart Council, something behind the 'addiction' effect of the salt which connects to how they unravel the mystery behind the black potion).

@Kjokjo75 Spoiler as well as TRIGGER WARNING!

Spoiler!
—The black potion is actually Duke Truyde itself. His blood. It contains the potent power of the dragon after consuming the human with the dragon's blessing's (power) 'corpse', and he's blood became the poison itself. That's why when Truyde produced a large amount of black potion he'll need a certain period of time before he could produce another amount of black potion again (because he needs to regain back the blood he lost). That's been going on from his ancestors up till the current Duke Truyde's generation, they've been eating the corpse of all the previous kings that they killed. It was said that the only thing that could leash the dragon's power was their power itself.

The thing behind why the "rare" herb that could cure the crow even if they eat a 'spoiled meat' is being emphasized and the mystery about the 'addictive' meat (where Iray is so desperate to have) foreshadows 'cannibalism'. I don't want to spoil further so that y'all could atleast have the thrill to uncover the whole story, but if you really want to know you can search it up in the Novel Updates forum, everything was already discussed in there.
@Blvynx bro what, I thought this was gonna be wholesome after this and THIS IS WHAT THE POISON OS???
@Sxfi I thought so too, and man I was beyond flabbergasted after discovering that this story is actually much MORE deep than I actually thought. And I'll tell you....the story is actually a masterpiece though all the contents are psychologically dark concepts, everything just makes total sense.
