@JAZD more like we need the original power that Meliodas had the one he used to rid both his and and Elizabeth's curse that very same power the demon king originally feared yet wanted all for himself. Meliodas could have kept that albeit in a separate world like the demon realm under his brother's watchful eyes and if meliodas needed the power he could always get it back but no author decided to fk over the Sins jsur like that
