@Likee Myself they are like a dukedom i think. authority that is below the king and their territory is probably as big as 1/5 of the whole kingdom. when the king enter the territory then if the dukedom declare war while king in his territory it basically impossible to save the king right away

@Jura a Duke sometimes was even Holding more Land than the crown

@Likee Myself   it isnt thet they hold more power or anything if the rothtaylor was attacked they'd unlikely win its more a matter of the fact that doing so would leave the empire vulnerable, their presence is just so significant without it the empire goes ⬇️
