Girl you the only one who is so hung up on some dumb a** tradition that only benefit those families. They already got back what they invested. If you want to be someone that isn't treated like a child wipe those tears, stop whining, and prove to them by actions and initiatives that you are worthy to run the business. Don't get so hung up on emotions if its going to jeopardize the business' finances.
