Let me take a wild guess at what happened. So im guess that dude used the threat of taking his own life to get her to come meet him, and when she did come he tried to SA her and when she fought back trying to defend herself she pushed him off the roof and that is why she feels so guilty about herself in this whole situation thinking to herself that she is a murderer. Thats my educated guess, i could be wrong.

@Ikki_ It was pretty much predictable tbh and the fact that the one she killed was him is also something already obvious the moment the mc's past was shown. This kind of backstory is somewhat pretty common if you had read a lot of stories like this. But despite that I still find all of it interesting lmao.
