@ManwhaGeek That’s not why…MC is currently a beta so he can’t get pregnant. He was shocked because he’s a Ghost (An Alpha that can turn betas into omegas.), and when he knots a beta, that’s when the changing (transformation of a beta to an omega) begins. So basically he just realized he began the transformation of MC into an omega. That’s why he’s so shocked. Especially cause he has never made such a mistake before, so yeah.
