@Little Mo I had the same problem. Click on the three lines on the uppermost left side of homepage. Then click on filters. You'll notice there's yaoi or bl genre in active filter just click on the '×' and remove the filter from yaoi or whatever genre you wanna see and then click on 'save changes'.
