One, is that many are used to extremely toxic bls and two is because han is progressive, hes not perfect but he geniuenly is getting better. in the following chapter he admits that he went about it the wrong way (bringing him to his home to reassure that he wouldnt leave him) and was basically impulsive. The bar is so low that communication and admitting that he is wrong is enough to be a green flag (a lot of people struggle with their partners refusing to communicate and refusing to admit their wrongs). Han isn't perfect and isnt completely green yet but hes on the journey there and is actively trying to be better, hopefully he helps mc heal from his trauma and becomes a stable pillar of support to him
