@outwitted 1. maybe they look at it like a honour or something that theit parents gave them. 2. just it is unusual to think that someone smart would just change their names by throwing out 2 or 3 letters put of their name's. 3. THERE ARE TO MANY NAMES IN THIS DA** MANWHA, CAN YOU REMEMBER EVERY SINGLE NAME IN THIS DA** THING? NO? BECAUSE NOBODY CAN, THE AUTHOR LITTERLY USING THIS SO HE DOESN'T NEED TO THINK TO MUCH WHEN IT COMES TO NEW CHARACTERS. In other words, there will be more characters in the future that need a unique name. You can't just say that: He is Jun Bufan and the new character is Jun Fan or Jun Buf, or something.
