To anyone confused on why they keep saying "dad" or "call me dad" it's basically due to dad's being "the head of the house", meaning they get the most respect and are "above you" !!!
I hope this helps any first time readers and manhua fans in general, it's also common to see characters say "Call me uncle" which is basically the same as "Call me dad" (If you read 19days you'll see they say the uncle version more often and also them saying "call me big brother")
