@Ur mom I still have 5 chapters left and until now, Garon is still not feeling guilty of what he has done. I think he's just broken beyond repair and feel no remorse. The bottom (which has a name now btw because Raonhiljo gave him one) I feel like he's borderline getting on the Stockholm syndrome train because he's still thinking of the emperor even after everything he has done but he didn't go to the emperor after he left Raonhiljo and their safety net. He went back to his old home and the chapter I'm currently at right now, the emperor goes to him and he's acting normal-ish than before
