@Daddy not really. As someone who was in the medical field, here is a fact that is true all over the world: there is a shortage of medical professionals, be it surgeons, doctors, nurses, lab techs, radiologists....
Him wanting more patients just means that he is either: a) lightening the load on other doctors, or b) treating people who would not have been treated due to short staffing.
