@Popop personally I don't mind it sence its common for men to wear make up in where I'm assuming this is taking place (asia or china) and especially for older times, and if he's going to be selling his body to other men (as that's what has been shown) he's likely going to try and be as attractive to them as possible. So it makes sence to me why he looks the way he does.
