a theme of given is moving on from your past and thats what mafuyus doing, he said it clearly in his songs where he put sm effort into coming up with the lyrics emotionally- if he was using ue just as a replacement to yuki he wouldve started dating him soon after realizing his feelings, but he said in his songs that its hard cause he still remembers yuki but now hes let go of the past and is looking forward to the future if its with ue

dude, they are already dating, what are you saying? that's why i don't quite like the love he's giving ue (bc he's seriously traumatized and that will most probably destroy ue in the process like what aki said in mid chaps of manga)

it's better to heal first, put yourself above all else, than not being sure of what to do while dragging others. (saying things like looking forward to the future, and actually doing it is not the same) im not saying that mafuyu's a burden to ue, but he will seriously affect ue sooner or later bc of his past w/c he was clearly traumatized of and the r3ason he's having a very hard time moving forward

"if he was using ue just as a replacement to yuki he wouldve started dating him soon after realizing his feelings" THEY BEEN DATING FOR 20 CHAPTERS WHAT ARE YOU SAYING

@Dazai HAHAHAHAHA. omg. u almost forgot that Yuki is not just an ex but also his childhood friend. Like everyone cant just move on but it doesn't mean that he still cant move on romantically. bruh. you should separate personal trauma from having feelings
