I think he means to say that, yes Nagi is talented but his goal was so far above his level that it was goal he could never replicate meaning he can't be the best striker since the most important part about being a striker is replicating your goals. Ofcourse scoring a lot of goals is important but if you can't keep up or can't play up to level, then you'll fall of. (example: Ronaldo nowadays)
