Don't understand? It's simple. Love makes people forget their family. Now that he's found someone to love that means less time to spend with him.
All those years little bro was on his own, hoping for the day he and his older brother could be together once everything worked out. But things have worked out, almost, but where is big bro? Distracted by a woman.
This is just the reality of siblings, we live and love each other until we find someone we'd give up everything for even family. Not saying Seungu is giving up his brother completely, but love is most certainly a distraction. His little brother was his life motivator, now he found a new one. Lil bro simply matters less now.
