I believe you may need to take a step out of this bubble you seem to live in that's causing you to get upset when fictional characters have unrealistic experiences/body functions. You wouldn't ever put this under a Manhwa/Manga/Manhua about a fantasy world would you? I see this under every single BL, only the people change Maybe there's an annual bubble-headed conference where everyone is given the same ideas/problems?
