So basically there's...

Alpha- (Dominant and Alpha's Alpha eg: our mc Shin;) They're Top on hierarchy.
Beta -(Neutral) Can't detect or smell pheromones.
Omega-(both Dominant and recessive) Can get pregnant with Alpha's child.

Knotting- means when Alpha mark or impregnate their Omega (you can see their D*ck bulging) inside their Omega. 

Bite mark- when an Alpha bites an Omega's neck, it means they've formed a Bond 

Bond- it's like a relationship/ contract/marriage which means they can only endure each others pheromones
( like u saw in that other chapter when Yeonwoo almost got raped by the other Alpha and when Shinnie came and touched his face, he releases his blue colored pheromones that calms Yeonwoo.)
