I don't understand why the author's don't publish the Korean and English version at the same time

@FreePalestine well it's not upto them. Sometimes they themselves wanna try into Korean first , since it's their native language and all. But mostly it's due to publication, official English translations usually takes time to come out. Only few releases at same time, mostly only possible when author is famous and success is guaranteed for the author and publication apps.
