What that sorry excuse of an emperor doing, while whole of his empire is full of monster towers? Keeping up apperances and whining about not being loved as a child? I mean, I feel sorry for him because of his childhood trauma, it's a terrible thing, but he is now a grown man with responsibility. He should be. :(
