I don't think the seme is a red flag but he indeed have some problem. He probably blamed himself for his elder brother's accident and bcs of his bad luck, he was pressured by family and bcs of that pressure he's having mental & emotional issue. I'm not sure how angsty this story will be but i'm 100 % know that in the future, the seme will do something he would regret and uke won't forgive him so easily.
