@Riri I think he needs time to accept the fact that Suraka is now a grown up adult and they are married and married people surely do some 18+ things in their bedrooms. 🤧

Nah..., the thing is that Tei was like a "Object" sent to the Shuraka to form an Alliance since the girl, you just saw, was sick back then and was bedrested- but now since she's well, the King of the Leracal wants Shuraka to marry his daughter but Shuraka doesn't like her and he wants to be with his "Beloved" since he likes him. Tei on the other hand can't like him since there is a age-gap first of all, and he knows that he was sent there as an "Object of peace". So, if he starts to catch feelings for Shuraka, he thinks smth bad would happen plus they both are men with is frowned upon in the story!

(If anyone can correct me, please do! bc what i wrote is up to my understanding)
