@wakitaki in some mythology "The Underworld" isn't He** itself but a Borderline between Heaven and He**. Example in the tv series and movie series "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys" in the Underworld there are two gates: One to the Elysian Fields (Heaven) and the other to Tartarus (He**) the one who sits at the middle of the Gates is Hades who sent the souls of the dead to their proper place
