i lived in france fr like 1.5 yrs
the diff in attitude of people to me until i spoke french with them was day and night. its just an attitude towards foriegners ig

Because if that's the case that actually might be why some are really mean and stupid TEENS OMG TEENS I swear they are cringe as he**, and so freaking mean, but I'm not like that I have friends who are not like that and overall people are really nice were I live but Ig dumb and annoying people are everywhere and they are often the loudest

@TheEliteTitanHustler well I'm pretty sure u're not an idiot, yet if you're American that may be why european...Well I'm European but basically they believe that americains are ALL stupid, but life made me personally learn that all people are different and you should judge someone at first glance, get to know their soul better than their appearance :)
