I honestly hope this stry turns trans like mc either like starts being like oh no I like living as a boy or at least don't really care if peopler as a boy or girl and ml (Edric or something) finds out that mc is physically a girl and is like why pretend to be something your not and mc just is like because after I started to pretend eventually it all became real as real as us. Or like when they're booth adults and mc goes to work on their familys farm or whatever ml seek them out and finjds out theres  no trace of mc but there is a girl called lobelia or whatever the other name is and is like your a girl and mc just says I always have bee n does that change us and what we share? and ml is like weirdly enough no, I love you no matter what and if this makes you happy then I'm happy the one I love happy its also convient we can get marroied a biological kids or something.
Another note is in the earlier chapters I noticed alot of people being like I don't like ml being made straight when the stroy was originally a bl and I just think mls like demi romantic bisexual if that makes sense and liking the oppisite gender dosen't mmake this automaticlyt a straight romance.
In the first couple chapter when mcs bestie(The buff servant guy) was like why are you here why the young master? I kinda wish mc would be like I'm secretly terminaly ill with the same disease and this is the only way to get proper care for my condition because its true and would be delightfully angsty.
