Gabriel Is the dark hair with pale skin.

Metatron Is the dark skin with White hairy (but he told the Red hair that his name Is Gabriel. Basically he lied) 

I suppose the Red hair (the child) and the Snake are the same being, and that they are also the Angel of He*l that Metatron needs to seduce in order to win the bet.
