@Gabi   I'm pretty sure it's because he's been brainwashed. Due to the fact in one chapter it shows he blushing from looking at the blonde dude. So I believe it's trauma that caused him to go back to the blonde guy. Or it's something else if not my theory then my brains cooked happy readings to this traumatizing book
