They will be living separately for a while. Find their own strength and weaknesses along the way, and carve a path back to each other. But mostly Ido would suffer more causeof his guilt, but he will try to be around sejin more and more, and eventually they will get back together. It's a happy ending after all.
PS. Sejin will also find out that the unborn baby that died alongside him was actually Ido's :"(
