@He** i pull out another pikachu and use thunder on your kyogre which i should mention is weak to thunder which is a high power lightning move. And I am assuming my pikachu and your kyogre are the same level so get that fuc**** kyogre out of here. Cause rest ain't fully recovering a severely wounded kyogre and won't keep healing you enough to save you from three thunders to the face even if it did.
