I want to break up. We've dated for like three months and we're in long distance relationship so I don't know much going on in his daily life. I would ask him from time to time but he never shared so I stopped asking. We would text and call like every day however he stopped texting me and would only mark as seen. And my friend asked me to Stop texting him as he's having his finals. It made me sad being honest he could have said it himself even when his finals ended my friend was the one to tell me about it. It happens everytime like she keeps relying me messages from him like he don't have my contact. I told my friends and they're like I'm overthinking, maybe I am. But he can atleast say something to me like this happens everytime and I am really upset with him. Good night everyone and sorry for this.
