@LèťūčĕQAQ I think he meant he was allowed to give Caesar kisses on the cheek when he was younger, which is common behaviour for kids. But now that they're both older, and their maturity gap has closed significantly, it's less acceptable to give his cousin kisses (understandably) - which is why caesar stopped him and he got upset about it.
